When will I recieve the deed to my property?
Once we receive your bid for the property and the offer is accepted, we turn it over to a title company to finalize .If you have paid for your property, in full, they will have your deed prepared and sent to the county, where the property is located, to be recorded. The average time for the entire process is usually 30-60 days, however, some counties are very slow and the process can take up to 90 days.
